Limited Edition Hogwarts Notebooks

It’s been a month since I ordered and the package says it was delivered today January 12th. But I have not received the package.

Can’t really write a review on the product since I’ve yet to receive it…. Ordered on December 13th and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Would be nice if someone would look into this.

If you are thinking about getting one of these journals, do yourself a favor and take the leap. Gorgeous box and wrapping paper encase the leather bound book, must have for the die hard Potter fan in your life.

After finally getting it weeks after when they said i would I am highly disappointed in the product. It’s not leather like they claim as it doesn’t even smell like leather! Way over priced for what cheap product you get if you even receive it. It doesn’t come wrapped in the brown packaging with twine around it like their pictures shows like it was delivered by “owl post”. That was another reason I bought this journal as it was a gift for a major Harry Potter fan. As another review said the black box will come damaged as this is only shipped in a plastic bag. I had to email them a number of times before even getting a response and then 2 of the responses were the same that I should not worry and that my package will be delivered soon. After the first response i finally got a tracking # and then my package stayed in IL for atleast a week which by then it should have been delivered (I even paid the extra for shipping/insurance). It then ended up in CA but yet no record of it even being scanned as departed out of IL. Then all of a sudden shows up in my mail box. I even signed up for text updates for the tracking. I do think this is a SCAM and only if you complain so you get some cheap BS item! I hope everyone that has ordered and hasn’t received their item to try and get payment back and report this company as a scam because they don’t deserve to be in business. Their “customer support” is a joke! I did finally get an email stating that they had an over abundance of orders and that their main shipping company was also having problems (the company before its handed off to USPS). This company should be able to handle orders and if the shipping company can’t help them they should of taken all orders themselves to the USPS so items were on time! I also don’t think these are hand made like they claim as it is coming from China as your “wrap” around the black box the journal comes in has Asian writing on it. Not made in America. Do not buy!

I ordered 2 back in August and never received it. Reached out beginning of December and told it was shipped again. Still nothing. Had to dispute the purchase.
